1.3 Application:

SH-8001 polyurethane adhesive composite raw material is principally used to create excellent bonds over a wide range of materials such as EPS with steel plate, Aluminum plate, wood plate and etc.

 

1.4 Introduction:

Polyurethane adhesive is a type of glue used in building industry, automobile industry, woodworking and etc. Polyurethane is a class of polymers that are created from a chain of organic units, joined together with urethane links. There are a wide range of polyurethane adhesive products available. Different chemical combinations result in different properties. The chemical composition can be alerted to produce different levels of stiffness, density and hardness. The major advantage of a polyurethane adhesive is that it is water resistant.

 

 

 

2.1 FigureComponent A: in the room temperature is a white liquid after the merger it is a colorless  liquid.Component B: in the room temperature is a dark liquid, and after the merger it will be transparent, slightly opalescent liquid.

The components A and B are kept in tight containers of 250kg steel drums (individually wrapped)., or in other containers with customers agreed. The drums should be filled to more than 90%.The following information will appear on the packaging:- Product name or mark,- Date of manufacture,- Number of the lot- Net Weight- Guarantee

 

3.3 StorageThe components A and B are kept in place at 15-25 ° C.
