SH-8011 Spray Polyurethane Foam insulation composite raw material is principally used for Commercial and residential building insulation, refrigerator storage and etc.

 

 

1.4 Introduction:

Spray Polyurethane Foam, commonly known as SPF, is derived from the reaction of an isocyanate component and a polyol resin component. When the two liquids combined, a chemical reaction occurs which creates a rigid or semi-rigid foam. The mixed liquid expands many times its original size. Once cured, it solidifies and becomes polyurethane foam.

 

 

 

2.1 FigureComponent A: in the room temperature is a white liquid after the merger it is a colorless  liquid.Component B: in the room temperature is a dark liquid, and after the merger it will be transparent, slightly opalescent liquid.

The components A and B are kept in tight containers of 250kg steel drums (individually wrapped)., or in other containers with customers agreed. 3.3 StorageThe components A and B are kept in place at 15-25 ° C.
